Current Works.
My current ceramic practice is centred on wood-fired vessels, surface research, and forms shaped by the interaction between clay, flame, ash, atmosphere, and time.
These works are made through a process of close material observation. Each firing leaves a record of movement: ash settling across the surface, flame marking the clay body, and heat altering colour, texture, and form. Rather than treating the kiln as a neutral tool, I work with firing as an active part of the making process.
